How can I reset my password?

Steps to Reset Your Password

2. Enter the email address you used for registration

3. Check your inbox for a 6-digit verification code

4. Enter the code on the reset page

5. Create New Password 

Important Note: If you made a typo in your email address during registration, you will not receive the 6-digit verification code. In this case, please refer to our guide on Fixing a Typo in Your Email Address or contact support.

Troubleshooting Tips

• Check Spam Folder: If you don't see the verification code within a few minutes, check your spam or "Promotions" folder

• One Code at a Time: Only the most recently requested code will be valid. If you request multiple codes, wait for the final one to arrive
