If you have encountered a technical problem or discovered a bug in our app, providing specific details helps our engineers find a solution much faster.


Information We Need

When sending your report, please include:

  1. Detailed Description: What happened and the exact steps you took before the issue occurred.

  2. Visuals: Relevant screenshots or screen recordings of the error.

  3. Device Info: The model you are using (e.g., iPhone 15, Samsung Galaxy S24).

  4. Software Version: Your operating system (e.g., iOS 18, Android 14).

  5. App Version: If possible, let us know which version of the Coursiv app you have installed.
