To request a refund, reach out to us at support@coursiv.io or submit a ticket at the Support Center. Before submitting, we recommend reviewing our Refund Policy.


Got the Money-back Guarantee at checkout?

Subscribed via Google Play?


Email us at support@coursiv.io with your order ID (GPA.XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXXX) and we'll review your request.



Subscribed via App Store?


Apple handles all App Store refunds directly. To request one:

  1. Visit Apple Support
  2. Go to Purchases and Refunds → Start a refund request → Request a refund
  3. Follow the on-screen instructions


Not sure which applies to you? If you downloaded the app from the App Store/Google Play but purchased through the Coursiv website, your subscription is still website-based — follow the Coursiv website instructions above.
