My payment won't go through. What should I do?

Here are the most common reasons a payment fails and how to fix it:


1. Check your card details 

Make sure the card number, expiry date, and CVV are entered correctly.


2. Check your billing address 

The billing address must match what's on file with your bank.


3. Check if your card supports international or online payments 

Some cards have restrictions on online or international transactions. Contact your bank to confirm this is enabled.


4. Try a different browser or incognito mode 

Browser extensions or cached data can sometimes interfere with payment processing. Try completing the payment in an incognito/private window.


5. Try a different payment method 

Coursiv accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, and Apple Pay.


6. Paying through the App Store? 

If paying via App Store, refer to Apple's instructions: If your payment method is declined.
