Why was I charged?

Coursiv is a subscription-based app. Below are the most common reasons a charge may appear.


1. Subscription renewal

Coursiv plans start at a special introductory rate. Once that period ends, the subscription renews at the standard price. This is outlined on the sign-up page before the plan is confirmed.

2. Unlimited AI Tools access was purchased

Unlimited AI Tools gives unlimited access to advanced tools — ChatGPT, Claude, DALL·E, Perplexity, Stable Diffusion, Gemini, and Grok — all directly inside the Coursiv app for hands-on practice as part of the learning experience.


During sign-up, two options are presented: Buy and Add to My Plan or Skip. If the purchase option was selected, the charge is processed accordingly.


3. AI Bundle was purchased

AI Bundle is an optional add-on available during sign-up. Same as with Unlimited AI Tools — two options are shown: Buy and Add to My Plan or Skip. If it was added, the charge appears separately from the subscription fee.

Payment history is available in Profile → Settings → Payment History.



Note: This applies to subscriptions purchased directly through Coursiv. If the subscription was purchased through the App Store or Google Play, payment history can be found in the respective Apple ID or Google Play account.
